Our theme is “Symbiosis”

Our approach towards Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)/Sustainability is to conduct business activities while being mindful of our global impact. This idea is premised on the notion that the activities of each company affect Earth, and conversely all natural and human activities occurring globally affect the company.

Furthermore, we believe that we must practice sustainable corporate activities to ensure a better “society, economy and environment” for both our generation as well as the future world of our younger colleagues and their children.

Additionally, to ensure the stable growth of companies and markets, “transparency, balance and fairness” are an absolute necessity; furthermore, we believe that efforts should be made to comply with international standards as well as proactive engagement in activities that lead to continuous improvement. These are the first steps to demonstrate a commitment to CSR/sustainability.

At Mitsue-Links, our CSR/sustainability initiatives focus on the theme of “symbiosis”, a traditional concept in Japanese culture, and we strive to provide tangible, effective consideration for all stakeholders, including our clients, employees, partners, job-seekers, local communities, financial institutions, and governmental authorities.
