New Year's Greeting

At the very start of the New Year, I would like to extend my warm greetings to all and express my sincere appreciation of your continued loyalty toward Mitsue-Links.

Under the Oriental zodiac, 2022 is the year of the tiger; such years are said to be times of "growth" and "new beginnings.” We hope that the novel coronavirus pandemic will gradually subside, and that a future, filled with dreams and optimism, will "begin" and that we then "grow" toward even greater achievements.

When looking internally, I see the following issues emerging.

First, we aim to establish several new companies and turn them profitable as soon as possible.

Our objective is to improve service flexibility, and to expand into offering services related to our current business areas. We aim to transform ourselves into an organization that can respond to a diverse range of client needs.

Second, to develop a new way of working that is in tune with the times.

We will consider the future of remote work, which has taken root in the wake of the novel coronavirus. Furthermore, there is an abundance of earnest, highly motivated, and talented people living in regional areas of Japan - we aim to collaborate with such individuals. Ultimately, we would like to build a new system that is even better for our employees and partners, for our clients, and for our organization.

Third, the enhancement of staff development programs.

Currently, each team, department, and cross-sectional organizational grouping runs active study sessions aimed at improving technical quality and furthering innovation. Going forward, in addition to these activities, we will look at further enhancing both our organizational culture and service quality.

As we continue to solve such issues one by one, we hope to create new beginnings and lay strong foundations for growth.
