Website Development Manager
The Website Development Manager performs both client negotiation and liaison duties as well as internal project management roles to ensure that our clients’ website construction, renewal and management projects progress smoothly and efficiently. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Leading meetings with clients, strategic planning
- Planning information architecture
- Coordination of website production staff
- Process management, schedule management
- Result measurement, follow-up activities

Web Designer
As a web designer, you will work in coordination with Project Managers and creative teams to produce design work of the highest quality. Whether your interest is visual design, UX design, CSS layout and mark-up etc., please let us know of your specialist field and the area of work that you seek to focus on.

UI Designer / UX Researcher
As a UI Designer/UX Researcher, your role will be to ensure that our clients' projects are carried out with optimal user experience at their core. Your work will be based on UX design principles, such as the understanding of user needs, UI planning and evaluations etc., to ensure a high level of website and application interface design. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Performing user research (user interviews, behavioral observations, quantitative studies)
- User modeling, concept making, UI design, prototyping
- Usability testing (test planning, moderation, data analysis)
- Performing site analysis using analytical techniques and evaluative criteria based on best practices
- Devising improvement measures, providing consultation to clients

Web Programmer
As a Web Programmer at Mitsue-Links, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of corporate, media and promotional sites. You will likely be involved in an array of development tasks including, but not limited to, the introduction of CMS, building CRM architecture, and the development of enquiry management systems to optimize site operation etc.

Application Engineer
At Mitsue-Links, where we have strong client-relationships, the position of Application Engineer is responsible for web/application development.
Working closely with our in-house System Director and other engineers, the successful candidate will support project success from a technical standpoint. The role is varied, our Application Engineers are not only involved in programming, but also in upstream architectural studies, as well as research and verification of new technologies. Engineers can expect to be involved in all aspects of the development process from web/application design, development, testing, migration, as well as operation and maintenance.
Technologies and Knowledge
- Server-side framework technology, mainly PHP
- CMS and other business package-based customizations/extension development
- Client-side frameworks (Vue.js, React.js, etc.)
- Cloud-native modern application development utilizing AWS
